We are among the few who use real fresh spinach, fresh vegetables, Greek feta cheese and olive oil. All our products, without exception, are produced in our own facilities, by highly trained staff, according to European and Greek standards of safe and consistent quality. The ISO 22000:2005 from the international body of Bureau Veritas comes to certify our efforts. Efforts that come not from obligation but from our willingness to improve and keep our high quality standards. The real reward, however, comes from the affirmations from all the competent bodies for the cleanliness and consistency of our production, and above all, from our ever-growing and recurring clientele.
We make no concessions to quality, as the excellence in quality is what has led us here, keeps developing us and differentiates us in the field of dough products.
