Our family

It all started with a wise woman from the mountains of Epirus, our grandmother, making a pie for the grandchildren, and baking it in her childrens' bakery. That pie was made with such love and with the best materials that she could find, that people in the small neighborhood rushed to the small shop to get even just a bite. And so, an idea was born: to produce and sell spinach pies to customers. But not any pies. Pies made with the same love and care as that very first one.


Almost 40 years later, our family still makes the best pies. We use fresh spinach, feta, olive oil and the best materials that one can find, to produce traditional Greek dough products which speak to the soul of everyone who enjoys eating quality foods. We use state-of-the-art machines in a privately owned plant, in order to ensure that our products are not just the tastiest, but also the safest, within a very reasonable price.


Our product range includes all traditional Greek products, from traditional spinach pies to modern interpretations of traditional recipes, such as cheese mini triangles, sfoliata, kourou and croissinia. We don't have an unlimited product range as we take great pride in perfecting every single product that comes out of our factory.



Our customers include bakeries, coffee shops, hotels, and boutique supermarkets. We make long lasting collaborations, as we invest in the relationship with our customers. We, ourselves, have been through the hardships of their respected professions and we respect their labor as well as their aspiration to sell the best possible products to their own customers.



Our dream is to continue making the best possible Greek dough products, using the best Greek materials.
